Pip Cullen

CEO & Occupational Therapist

Pip grew up on a farm in the Riverina. She moved to port in 2011 after spending a few years in Perth working in Paediatrics. Pip started her own private practice HOOT- Hands on Occupational Therapy in 2012 before founding the multidisciplinary practice All Together Therapy in 2014. Pip is driven to support children to be the best they can be and strives to bring the cutting edge services to our regional area. Pip and her Husband Nick renovated our beautiful clinic which opened mid 2020. Pip is a busy mum of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family. Pip is passionate about physical disabilities and movement disorders.

Nathan Varcoe

Practice Manager

Nathan moved to Port Macquarie in 2017 after spending most of his time in the New England area.  He has worked in disability for over 10 years and works behind the scenes at All Together Therapy to make sure things run smoothly.  Nathan has more than 15 years experience in leadership roles working in both not for profit and for profit organisations spanning several different industries. Nathan really enjoys working in a positive environment with such an energetic multidisciplinary team (and a good glass of red – or two).

Chris Boss-Walker

Senior Occupational Therapist

Chris grew up on the NSW South Coast and has worked and lived in Tasmania, Goulburn and Port Macquarie. Chris moved to Port Macquarie in 1993 and worked with children and adults at ADHC for 22 years before joining the ATT team in 2015. Chris is highly experienced with equipment and wheelchair prescription, paediatrics and disabilities. Chris is married to Robert and they have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. Chris loves gardening, quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jessika Hender

Senior Speech Pathologist

Jessika grew up in country Victoria and completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences at La Trobe University before completing her Masters of Speech and Language Pathology at the University of Sydney. Jessika previously worked in private practice on the Central Coast before moving to Port Macquarie and joining the ATT team. Jessika loves spending time with family, friends and her cat. Jessika loves working with young children with multiple and complex needs. She enjoys helping children grow and learn through play and fun!

Kim Ciletti

Physiotherapist

Kim grew up in America but made the big move to Australia in 2018 and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University on the Gold Coast. After gaining experience as an intern at NAPA in Sydney, she made her way to QLD where she worked extensively with Paediatircs in both the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, before finally making her way to Port Macquarie. Kim has a strong passion for Paediatircs and a special interest with early intervention. Outside of work, Kim can be found enjoying the outdoors, she is always open to hearing your camping or hiking recommendations. She also has a Chocolate Lab Puppy which she loves to take to the beach!

Cassie Pollitt

Occupational Therapist

Cassie grew up in Port Stephens. She worked in Paediatrics and Disabilities for 7 years in the Newcastle area.  After moving to Port Macquarie with her growing family in 2009 she has continued to assist children with disabilities in the Port Macquarie area.  Cassie began working at ATT in 2018. Cassie enjoys working with children, their parents and other Health Professionals to bring a team approach to therapy.  She believes all children have strengths and aims to celebrate these whilst working toward their goals.

Clay Day

Occupational Therapist

Clay joined the ATT team at the start of 2018 and has brought a passion for pretend play. Clay enjoys working with parents to support their children to reach their potential and believes that every child will do well if they can. She is passionate about developing co-regulation skills and using everyday items in play. Clay also enjoys gardening, mountain bike riding and being a step mum to our therapy dog Lexi.

Sofia Jackson

Occupational Therapist

Sofia is a Port Macquarie local who has recently moved back after completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Newcastle. Sofia joined the ATT team in 2021 and has a passion for working with children. Sofia enjoys supporting families and children to reach their goals through engaging in therapy and loves assisting children to thrive within all areas of their daily life. Sofia enjoys going to the beach and being out in the community.

Mady Cox

Occupational Therapist

Mady is from Rural NSW and relocated to Port Macquarie in 2018 to study Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University. Mady graduated as a part of the inaugural OT cohort in PMQ. She worked as an OT Assistant during her university studies before joining ATT as a part of the Paeds Power Up program. Mady enjoys working with children and their families to optimise their overall wellbeing. On the weekends she enjoys camping and exploring our local area.

Madison Olsen

Speech Pathologist

Madison is a local to the Port Macquarie region and went on to complete her Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at the University of Newcastle. Madison started her career working in Taree, working with both a paediatric and adult population before transitioning to ATT in 2019. Madison is eager to pursue her interests in helping others with communication difficulties to use their voice to the best of their ability. Madison enjoys being active and socialising with friends.

Talya Parsons

Speech Pathologist

Talya is a born and bred Port Macquarie local. Following her studies, Talya spent time working in rural and regional areas of Queensland before returning to Port Macquarie in 2020. Talya enjoys exploring our local region and finding its hidden gems. Her passion for pursuing a career in speech pathology was strongly influenced from her previous work as a disability support worker. Talya enjoys working with children and their families to empower them to work towards their goals. Her areas of interest include speech sound disorders, voice and AAC.

Amanda Ingram

Amanda is from the UK and has spent time living around the world. She has a background in linguistics and came to Australia to build on her passion for working with children with disabilities. Amanda completed her degree in Speech Pathology in Newcastle and completed her 4th year practicum with All Together Therapy. Amanda loves a challenge and enjoys working with complex AAC and language goals.

Joss Hewitt

Allied Health Assistant

Joss is a Port Macquarie local having grown up here in our beautiful community. She lives here now with her husband and two young children. Joss has been actively involved for many years with Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy for her own family, so turned her passion into a career and is now an Occupation Therapy Allied Health Assistant. She works under the supervision of our team of Therapists assisting in sessions and developing resources for families to help them achieve their goals

Elin Stubbs

Allied Health Assistant

Elin is from Sweden and moved to Australia 4 years ago. She has lived and worked in Stockholm, Sydney and Port Macquarie. Elin has worked with children and adults in Community Health in Sweden and joined the ATT team in 2019. Elin has experience in speech, language and voice difficulties in children and adults and swallowing difficulties in adults. Elin is married to Dave and they have 2 young children. Apart from spending time with her family Elin loves reading, skiing and travelling.
