Pip Cullen

CEO & Occupational Therapist

Pip grew up on a farm in the Riverina. She moved to port in 2011 after spending a few years in Perth working in Paediatrics. Pip started her own private practice HOOT- Hands on Occupational Therapy in 2012 before founding the multidisciplinary practice All Together Therapy in 2014. Pip is driven to support children to be the best they can be and strives to bring the cutting edge services to our regional area. Pip and her Husband Nick renovated our beautiful clinic which opened mid 2020. Pip is a busy mum of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family. Pip is passionate about physical disabilities and movement disorders.

Nathan Varcoe

Practice Manager

Nathan moved to Port Macquarie in 2017 after spending most of his time in the New England area.  He has worked in disability for over 10 years and works behind the scenes at All Together Therapy to make sure things run smoothly.  Nathan has more than 15 years experience in leadership roles working in both not for profit and for profit organisations spanning several different industries. Nathan really enjoys working in a positive environment with such an energetic multidisciplinary team (and a good glass of red – or two).

Laura Cosgrove

Senior Occupational Therapist

Laura grew up in Port Macquarie and completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at The University of Newcastle. Laura has worked with children and adults in both Tamworth and Canberra before joining ATT. She has a passion for working with children and their families and a special interest in assistive technology and early intervention. Laura is married and has two young children. In her spare time she loves to read, practice photography and spend time with her family and friends.

Sophie Clarke

Senior Occupational Therapist

Sophie moved to Port Macquarie in 2024 after living in Sydney for 11 years. Sophie grew up and studied Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) in New Zealand. She has a passion for working within the early intervention space and using a child led, capacity building approach. Sophie is married and has two young girls. In her spare time she enjoys reading, exploring with her girls and going to the beach.

Ella Watson

Occupational Therapist

Ella grew up in Denman and moved to Newcastle to complete a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2020. Upon completing her degree in 2023, Ella relocated to Port Macquarie. Ella completed three paediatric-based placements during university, working with children and their families within the clinic, home and school environment. Outside of work Ella enjoys walking her dog, going to the beach and snowboarding.

Amy Jenkins

Occupational Therapist

Amy grew up in the Blue Mountains, she moved to Wollongong in 2020 and has recently relocated to Port Macquarie. Amy completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at The University of Western Sydney in 2022 and has previous experience working in private paediatric occupational therapy clinics based in the Illawarra and in the Blue Mountains. Amy is passionate about supporting families and empowering children and families during their therapy journey.Amy enjoys walking, swimming and pilates. Amy walked to Everest Base Camp, Nepal.

Elin Stubbs

Senior Speech Pathologist

Elin is from Sweden and moved to Australia 4 years ago. She has lived and worked in Stockholm, Sydney and Port Macquarie. Elin has worked with children and adults in Community Health in Sweden and joined the ATT team in 2019. Elin has experience in speech, language and voice difficulties in children and adults and swallowing difficulties in adults. Elin is married to Dave and they have 2 young children. Apart from spending time with her family Elin loves reading, skiing and travelling.

Jade Hodgkinson James

Speech Pathologist

Jade is a qualified Speech Pathologist and Early Childhood/Primary Teacher from South Africa. She has lived and worked in Durban, South Africa and Hanoi, Vietnam. Jade initially worked within hospital settings with adults and children in 2011. After which she developed a passion for working with children with a variety of needs who required support with speech, language, AAC and swallowing difficulties. Jade loves to work as part of a team and joined ATT in March 2023. Jade enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach and hiking, trying new foods and spending time with her husband and friends.

Rachel Tredinnick

Physiotherapist

Rachel grew up in Lake Macquarie and moved to Port Macquarie back in 2015.  Having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University, Rachel has gone on to work in a multitude of areas in the hospital and community settings prior to starting at ATT. Aside from her love for physiotherapy, you'll find Rachel searching for new places to drink coffee and spending her time with her friends and family as well as her furbaby, Barney.

Katie Plush

Physiotherapist

Katie grew up moving between England and France until the age of 13 when she moved to Adelaide, South Australia. In 2018, Katie relocated to Port Macquarie to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Katie started at ATT in 2024 and has a passion for working with children to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. When not in the clinic, you can find Katie down by the beach enjoying a morning chai latte, going for a run or reading a book.

Olivia Dunbar

Admin / Allied Health Assistant

Olivia is a Kempsey local and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University.  In 2024, Olivia started at ATT as an Allied Health Assistant. She has always had a passion for supporting children and families on their own unique journeys and hopes to specialise in pediatrics once she graduates. Olivia aspires to expand her knowledge in this field whilst working at ATT, under the guidance of the multidisciplinary team. Outside of studying, you’ll find Olivia spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, baking or helping on the farm.
